Training Staff

Responsibilities:

Plan, direct or coordinate the training and development activities of an organization
Develop training modules
Analyze training needs to develop new training
programs or modify and improve existing program
Delivered training

Reporting Line:

Reporting to Corporate HR Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from reputable university
Have min. 2 years experience in training
Have the ability to create modules
Excellent in presentation skills and Ms. Office (Power Point)
Open Minded, honest and hard worker
Excellent in communication, cooperative and creative
Willing to worked at BSD City, Tangerang
