Senior Project Manager (PM)

• Minimum 5 years working experience in IT and minimum 3 years in managing IT/Field Services projects
• Knowledge in PMO concept or have working experience in PMO environment
• Preferably have a PM certification (PMP)
• Strong leadership with ability to make appropriate decisions in time critical situation
• Be meticulous and have attention to detail in performing the work

Field Services Manager (FSM)

• Minimum 5 years experience in people management and operation management
• Knowledge and experience in Managerial area such as manage project start from planning until closing
• Understand and implement business processes that have been defined in ISO 9001:2008
• Able to work as a team player

Field Services Coordinator (FSC)

• Minimum 3 years experience as coordinator/supervisor
• Having knowledge Hardware/Software computer and internet
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Tangerang, or other cities

Purchasing Supervisor (PS)

• Minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing areas for IT equipments
• Knowledge in office administration business processes
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation and good interpersonal skills
• Have a leadership skill to develop and evaluate subordinate

Application Support (AS)

• Having experience in database programming is an advantage
• High knowledge in complex Query using PL/SQL or T-SQL
• Good knowledge in OOP and RDBMS concept
• Knowledge in SDLC is a must
• Willing to support on call on the weekend and after office hour

Warehouse Supervisor (WS)

• Minimum 2 years experience in Warehouse & Logistic area
• Knowledge in office administration business processes

Network Engineer (NE)

• Experienced in IT infrastructure design and support
• 2-3 years experience in Networking operation especially Cisco product
• CCNA certification would be advantage

System Engineer (SE)

• Experienced in IT infrastructure design and support
• 2-3 years experience in Microsoft Windows Server Environment
• Having Microsoft Certification (such as MCSA, MCP) would be advantage

Microsoft Programmer (MP)

• Knowledge in programming Visual Studio, ASP/ASP.net, C#, SQL Server, PL/SQL or T-SQL
• Good knowledge in OOP and client-server programming
• Knowledge in SDLC is a must

Research & Development (RD)

• Having experience in database programming is a must
• Knowledge in complex Query using PL/SQL or T-SQL, oracle form, oracle report
• Good knowledge in OOP, Client-Server database and RDBMS concept
• Knowledge in SDLC is a must

.Net Programmer (.NET)

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in:
• ASP .NET, .NET 3.5 (mandatory)
• SQL Server 2005/SQL Server 2008
• Exchanger Server, IIS, Share point
• Design Patterns and Database Designs
• Knowledgeable in Web Service
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Microsoft platform

General Requirements:

• Able to use MS Officer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (Code: PM, FSM, FSC, PS, WS)
• Minimum D3 graduate Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent (Code: FSM, FSC)
• S1 graduate from any major (Code: PS, WS)
• S1 graduate Computer Science/MIS/Electrical Engineering (Code: NE, SE)
• Minimum D3/S1 graduate Computer Science or equivalent, with min GPA 3.00 (Code: PM, .NET, MP, AS, RD)
• Minimum 1 year experience in IT related company, Fresh graduate are welcome (Code: NE, MP, AS, RD)
• Willing to be placed in Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
• Having positive attitude, responsible, committed, independent and hard work
• Result oriented (Code: MP, AS, RD)
• Having good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills
• Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
