PT. Trans Energy Indonesia is Shipping Company focus on tug and barges services, We are looking for a potential candidate to join with us as position and qualification below:



Chief Accounting
Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Minimum age 27 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting from reputable university
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Able to do reconciliation on various banking transactions
• Experiences with all of accounting ( text planning, software accounting such as MYOB, etc)
• Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
• Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Ability to manage tasks effectively
• Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
• Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office and proficiency in written and spoken English

Receptionist
Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming calls
• Re-direct calls and hand
• Greet and attend guests
• Provide and filling administrative documents support to the office

Requirements:

• Female, maximum 25 years old
• Good looking
• D3 in any degree (minimum)
• Minimum 1 years experience as Receptionist
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
