CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)
You will be responsible to build community sustainable plan for residential development from neighborhood lifestyle and regulations, security, communication between residents. You must have a minimum diploma degree from communication/public relation/hospitality. Have a service minded, pleasant, good appearance and good communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome..
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts.
- Bachelor ’s degree in Public Relation/Marketing/Business
- Graduate from reputable university, overseas graduate will be advantage
- Proficient in oral and written English and computer literate
- Exhibit willingness to learn and grow in a fast paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership and able to work in a team.
- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace.
- Willing to be at Lippo Karawaci - Tangerang
