24 / 7 Call Center Agent
As a call center agent you will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming/outgoing calls, notably answering phone calls from insured person
- Checking the validity of membership
- Identifying the level of coverage
- Identifying the request
- Processing the request
- Coordinating with the referral service in case of medical emergency
- Report any complaints from callers / clients
Requirements:
- Education: University Graduate (D3 / S1 of any discipline will be an advantage)
- Experience:
- Motivated junior welcome as we provide training
- Insurance and / or working call center experience background will be an advantage
- Language:Perfect
- Bahasa Indonesia, in both spoken and written.
- Good spoken & written in English is a plus.
- Other:
- Female / Male
- Willing to work on a 24 / 7 rotating shift
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Computer literate-Fast learner and able to work under pressure
- Able to Work as Individual as well as in a Team
- Customer and Services Oriented
- Positive and outgoing attitudes
