Tower Bersama Group - Shareability Assessment, Regional Manager

Tower Bersama Group is a group of companies providing telecommunication infrastructure services to Indonesian wireless carriers, the Group develops and operates telecommunication supporting infrastructure including tower and in-building systems and currently provides over 4000 BTS points of infrastructure across Indonesia. Our rapid growth requires the involvement of new team members with the motivation, skill and experience to achieve the company’s objectives as:



Shareability Assessment (SA)
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining safety in site structurally
• Responsible to check the foundation design
• Review & Check structural plan in site including but not limited to review and shelter strengthening, site drainage, retaining wall (if any), foundation, building structure, etc
• Create of BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
• Analyzing tower design & capacity

Requirements:

• Male / Female, 24 - 35 Years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) - Civil Engineering, Hold an SIBP (Surat Ijin Bekerja Perencanaan) in structural field
• Min 2 years Experiences (Telecommunication Preferred)
• Self Motivated, Self Driven, good attitude, hard & smart worker, high integrity, problem solver, team player and have a good attention to details.

Regional Manager (RM)
Responsibilities:

• Establish regional weekly, monthly and yearly performance plans, based on the Head Office performance plan
• Maintain the performance of the entire site has been built (tower, co-lo, shelter only, repeaters and IBS) running well
• Supervise ongoing project collocation site
• Maintaining and fostering good relations with local government office and customer

Requirements:

• Male, max 40 Years Old
• Minimal S1 with Technical Background
• Minimal 5 years working experiences in related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good leadership and customer care
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must be able to speak and write in English
• Computer literate - minimum Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Willing to be placed outside Java area
