Planner - Plant

Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, you will responsible to apply post failure analyst in order to develop failure mode / logic; contribute to ensure the relibaility of TCI fleet can be improved, analyse the reliability of equipment; optimise component life through the application of health activities; provide equipment health intelligence to the maintenance planner, fleet Supt to determine optimal repair / change out intervals in the short to medium term also to prevent / reduce unscheduled failures; machine health / condition monitoring support.

To be successful in this role you will need to have graduate from Diploma or degree from Mechanical Engineering, with minimum of 2 years experiences as Planner. The candidate should have engineering qualification or extensive experience in maintenance and scheduling of all component TRACK equipment, drill and pump. Having Analytical and logical thinking, strong initiative, attention to detail, strong motivation, good in reporting, communicative, and able to work under pressure.

Planner - Workshop

Reporting to the Planning Supervisor, you will responsible and accountable for all non component backlog management for machines in the assigned area. Preparing all work packages for their workshop, ensuring all planning information is complete from their workshop and working with the workshop supervisor to ensure all planned jobs and information is complete; ensuring all work package are complete and prepare as per the weekly plan; as required offer feedback to planning supervisor and workshop supervisor when planning system are not working in your workshop; administer all non component machine requirement in line with TCI work order flow hart.

To be successful in this role you will need to have graduate from Thiess Apprentice or degree from Mechanical Engineering, with minimum of 2 year experiences as Plant Planner. The candidate should extensive experience in Planning jobs; quality control; familiar with engineering support on plant maintenance and planning related issues. Having Plant concepts & Operations; cost containment & awareness; computer literacy; good communication skill - written and verbal. strong motivation, good in reporting, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
