IT Technical Support
Responsibilities:

• Support user technical problem in OS, hardware & network in office and vessel
• Ensuring Software and hardware used by the company are well maintained

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma majoring Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Min. 1 years experience in similar position
• Having a very good knowledge in TCP/IP, Internet Application, Networking & Windows Server
• Having good knowledge in hardware problem solving
• Have good communication skill
• Good English both oral and written
• Helpful & good attitude

Procurement Staff
Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing requisition for quotation from vessel to order spare part, lubricant oil, and maintenance repair
• Preparing request for quotation from vendors or source new vendors
• Negotiating terms (price, quantity, delivery date)
• Preparing and submitting purchase order to vendor
• Serving as liaison between technical department, vessel and vendor on issues regarding delivery, quality, incomplete, and damage shipment
• Keeping record of purchase order, price and quality of major vendors

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma majoring Transportation or Maritim Academy from reputable University
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• High Attention to detail
• Good communication skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Good negotiation skill is advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
