Mall Director / Senior Mall Manager (M-MD/SMM)

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
• At least 4 years experience with mall management, retail, leasing or hospitality management experience
• Proven ability to set and achieve budgets

Marketing Communication Manager (M-MCM)

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or retails
• Have a strong communication skill

Leasing Manager (M-LM)

• Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Administration
• At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or marketing retail

Operation Manager (M-OM)

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in high rise building project

Finance & Accounting Manager (M-FAM)

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years experience in shopping mall or retail (auditor background will be an advantage)

Chief Engineer (M-CE)

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years experience in high rise building project (mall operational background will be an advantage)

Security & Parking Supervisor (M-SPS)

• Minimum D3 of any disciplines
• At least 3 years experience as Security & Parking Officer

Housekeeping Supervisor (M-HS)

• Minimum D3 of any disciplines
• At least 3 years experience as Housekeeping staff

Leasing Supervisor (M-LS)

• Minimum D3 in Marketing / Business Administration
• At least 3 years experience in shopping mall/marketing retail

Accounting Supervisor (M-AS)

• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years experience as Accounting Officer
• Mastering MS Office (especially excel) and accounting processes

Finance Supervisor (M-FS)

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• At least 3 years experience as Accounting Officer
• Have good knowledge of accounting and tax standards and strong analytical skills

Purchasing Officer (M-PO)

• Minimum D3 of any disciplines
• MS Office and internet literate
• At least 1 year experience

Legal Officer (M-LO)

• Bachelor degree in Law
• At least 2 years experience in Law Office

HR & GA Officer (M-HR&GAO)

• Bachelor degree in Management, Psychology, Law, HR Management
• Have knowledge of manpower rules & regulations
• Possess knowledge and skill in doing administrative jobs

Fit Out Staff (M-FOS)

• Bachelor Degree in Architect / Civil
• At least 1 year experience
• Able to operate and draw with Auto-Cad & Photoshop

Senior Administration Staff (M-SAS)

• Graduated from secretarial college or D3 of any disciplines
• At least 3 years experience in doing administrative jobs
• MS Office literate

General Requirements:

• Graduated from reputable universities (overseas graduate will be an advantage)
• Proficient in oral and written English & computer literate
• Exhibit willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent interpersonal skill, strong leadership and able to work in team
• Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace
