PT Aryan Indonesia (Kidzania Jakarta) - Kidzania Jakarta is a world class theme park that combines the concept of entertainment and education for kids. It’s a place for kids to gain experience through role play about life in a replica city. We are now looking for some competence candidates to fill the following positions:



ASSISTANT PROCUREMENT MANAGER
General Description :
Follow detailed procedures consistent with corporate policy, project requirements and good commercial, legal and ethical practice
Assemble, obtain project manager’s approval and issue request for information or expressions of interest concerning planned contract tender invitations
Select or update, for project manager’s approval, good clauses for proposal, quotation and tender invitations
Assemble contract documentation, including technological components, provided by the project team
Verify the proposed form of contract is consistent with the type of requirements:
“ Agreement “ are for professional services
“ contracts “ are for services with goods
“ Purchase orders “ are for good only
Verify that the proposed commercial terms are consistent with the extent of the scope information provided
Solicit, receive and analyze proposal, quotation and tender submissions and recommend selection
Ensure proper purchases, agreements and contracts
Assist in final closure of all procurement documentation upon completion of the respective work

Requirement :

• Male/Female
• Bachelor Degree
• Relevant entry level training in project management and familiarity with the technology of the project management and familiarity with the technology of the project
• Experience 3-5 years working on project, Several years experience in purchasing role
• 3 to 5 years of industry / sector experience
• Command of English (especially legalistic), numerate, analysis and use of spreadsheet software
