Order Processing Executive
Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and control order allocation, credit limit and shipment instruction in order to ensure the order can be fulfilled on schedule.
  • Monitor shipment plan (quantity, type, price) in order to provide the newest information and ensure the order can be released on schedule.
  • Produce and distribute report (Sales report, Order processing report, Linearity report) to related party in order to provide any information for taking immediate action needed.
  • Receive and perform order processing (fixed asset) from internal party (ISD, GA) in order to ensure the order can be fulfilled on schedule

Requirements:
  • Female, max. of 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree majoring in Economy from reputable University
  • Min. 2 years experience in order processing
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy

Finance & Accounting Administration Staff
Responsibilities:
To handle Finance and Accounting administration and filling

Requirements:
  • Female, max. of 30 years old
  • Diploma degree majoring in finance, accounting, management or administration from reputable University
  • Min. 1-2 years experience in handling administration in finance/accounting
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Computer literacy

Custom Administration Staff
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare all documents which relates to customs clearance in order to ensure the clearance process is handled properly and timely.
  • Assist Superior in monitoring freight cost based on forwarder invoice in order to ensure the expense of freight is within budget.
  • Prepare insurance documentation based on PIB data in order to ensure the clearance process of the goods execute smoothly.
  • Prepare insurance documentation for Lost case in order to ensure the claim process for Goods Loosing is smoothly.
  • Check and calculate invoice based on related document before submitting to finance & accounting for payment process in order to avoid over payment.
  • Perform administration of Stock Loan (Testing, Demo, Media Grading) in order to ensure the return of stock loan to warehouse is on schedule.

Requirements:
  • Female, max. of 30 years old
  • Diploma degree majoring in management or administration from reputable University
  • Min. 2 years experience in custom clearance
  • Having good interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, fast learner and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literacy
