24 / 7 Call Center Agent
As a call center agent you will be responsible for:
  • Handling incoming/outgoing calls, notably answering phone calls from insured person
  • Checking the validity of membership
  • Identifying the level of coverage
  • Identifying the request
  • Processing the request
  • Coordinating with the referral service in case of medical emergency
  • Report any complaints from callers / clients

Requirements:
  • Education: University Graduate (D3 / S1 of any discipline will be an advantage)
  • Experience:
  • Motivated junior welcome as we provide training
  • Insurance and / or working call center experience background will be an advantage
  • Language:Perfect
  • Bahasa Indonesia, in both spoken and written.
  • Good spoken & written in English is a plus.
  • Other:
  • Female / Male
  • Willing to work on a 24 / 7 rotating shift
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Computer literate-Fast learner and able to work under pressure
  • Able to Work as Individual as well as in a Team
  • Customer and Services Oriented
  • Positive and outgoing attitudes
