Currently we are looking for the right candidates to fill in several positions as follows:


HSE OFFICER
Requirements:

• Min.Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Have min 5 years in oil Gas Industry (Preferably Field Experience )
• Fluent in English oral & written
• Fluent in Microsoft Office
• Familiar with basic HSE Management System (Risk assessments/JSA,monitoring System/STOP cards,MOC,permit to work)
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2008,ISO 14002:2004,OHSAS 18001:2007
• Contract based on Project, at East of Indonesia

Responsibility:

• Reporting incidents within 24 hours, and conducting incident investigations, and repairing proposal and recommendation for improvement.
• Maintenance and control of application of company policy and requirements expressed through the HSE manual, and for giving guidance and assistance to projects in health, safety and environmental matters
• Monitoring the effective implementation of appropriate Company manuals,plans,procedures and work instructions and providing relevant updates in accordance’s with changes in legislation and company requirement
• Monitoring the achievement of the Company HSE Objective
• Reporting all potential and actual deficiencies detected and for recommending subsequent improvements within company
• Maintaining, promoting and improving the company health, safety and environmental management system
• Motivating and familiarizing all company personnel respect, safety and environmental management system
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and implementation
• Coordinate with other department for health, safety and environmental problems identified
• To communicate HSE matter for internal and external problems
• Participating in the company Emergency response System
• Coordinate the company health, Safety and Environmental internal and External audit
• Ensure emergency response Team is properly educated and trained
• Provide guidance, support and advise HSE issues including promote safety practice at work and necessary safety campaigns.
• Monitor non-conformance reported and follow up actions including administering of non conformance and necessary action that has been taken
• Monitor, collate records such as TRIR, STOP card tracing list/ data and analyze them to raise issues and/ or provide recommendation for company or relevan parties for action to be taken
